Movie Night!

 A certain someone, Austin, has been waiting to see The Avengers! So opening day we were there!!! Before it started, we were taking pic's and probably being a little annoying!! Can you tell we don't go to the movies much?  Oh well, It was fun! 

Yummiest Day Ever!

Today as I was listening to k-love, they mentioned it was National Donut Day! I know that sounds crazy but its true! So the kid's and I headed up to Krispy Kreme and got our free donuts. When dad got home, we made another trip up there to get more donuts! What an AWESOME day! I hope they have a National Corndog Day! Mmmmmmm  

Grillin Out!

 This is my favorite time of year!  This past weekend Scott and I had some friends over for a cookout! The burgers was AMAZING! We had hot links, italian sauages, potato salad, bbq beans, chips, and tons of dessert!  Looking forward to more relaxing weekends! :)

Mephis Zoo!

This weekend we took the kid's to the Mephis zoo! Whenever we got there, we grabbed some lunch at The Cat Cafe. It was a neat restuarant and we were able to sit by the window and watch the monkeys. This one, in the window, kept giving Ashton thumbs up.  They had a sea lion show, a new tetron trek, and of course the cute and cuddly Panda bears! Well, their probably not so cuddly, but they are very cute! After the zoo, we went and ate at "The Happy Mexican"!  Its great food, but its in an area that you don't want to be in when the sun goes down! 

Last Day Of 2nd Grade!

Today I spent some time laughing, playing, and crying. I got to spend the day at Ashton's school hanging out with him and going through all of his stuff that he has made. I can't believe my baby is going to the 3rd grade!!!  

What's For Dessert ?

 This is my favorite time of year, other that the temp's!  Last night, after dinner, we went to the snow cone place!!! Ahhhh!  Yummy Peach...... Enough said! ;)

Award Night!

This is Ashton's last year to be in the Awana Sparky program. Next year, he will move up to T and T! It feels like yesterday I was signing him up for his first year in preschool Cubbies  program!  I'm so proud of him! He was awarded a ribbon and he also recieved a plaque!  Afterwards, we went and had treats at the fellowship hall!

The Finale!

 Last weekend was Ashton's last soccer game!  The kid's  played their hardest and they did a great job! After the game, the coaches had a little challenge to do!  The first table they had to empty a tissue box one by one, then they ran to the next table and had to fish for lemonheads in a pie, and then all the kid's got to roll them up with toilet paper!  What a great way to end the season!!

First Baptist Church!

Last night Abby went to FBC's spring fling with a friend. Scott and I got there a little early to pick her up and while waiting on her, we let Ashton play on the jumps.  We thought that was pretty neat for the church to hold an event and reach out to the community as well! They had a great turnout!
