One Man, One Women!

What happened to our values?  Do we really need to think twice about what marriage is?  It terrifies me to know that my children are growing up in a generation where anything and everything goes! Like some people say "If you don't stand for God's truth, you will fall for satan's lies!  You can't say that you believe in God and then say what's the big deal with it.  Your either for it or again'st it, you can't be both!  I see it everywhere!  Just look around!!!  I applaud Kirk.
This is what it means to "hate the sin, but love the sinner." We love the soul of the person who did wrong so much that we want him/her to repent and do what is right in God's eyes.  So we must help them turn to Jesus and ask for forgiveness. When we do this, there will always be people who object. But the reason they object is that they want to continue their sins without the embarrassment of being noticed. They do not have a proper view of real human love.

We love you and miss you very much. Through all the wonderful years that I had you as my mom, you taught me so much, including how to love! I miss your laugh, your smile, and your voice! I miss you calling me just to say hi.  There's so many memories that I cherish and hold close to my heart! 

Come On Spring Break!

Every year we try to take our vacation during spring break and this year we have decided to go to Universal Studio's!  We have been there once before when the kids were little and  they could hardly ride any of the rides! So hopefully this time we will get to ride them all!  Scott and I usually plan one big trip for the year, so we are very excited! They have also added a Harry Potter theme park and updated alot of their rides. Last year, during spring break we went on a cruise down to Cozumel and got to swim with sting rays. That was amazing!  The year before that we went to Disney World! We enjoyed getting to see Mickey, Cinderlla, and all the other characters! Our favorite park out of all of them was probably Epcot!
We try to stay within a certain budget for all our trips and sometimes it means skimping on a few things here and there!  Whenever we go, we usually stay in a regular hotel, b/c  the resorts are very pricey.  We also pack some snacks for the day, the park's food is very $$$!  Like everyone else, we love to save some money, and we all have fun while doing it!

Lunch!!!

 Today has been a very rainy and yucky day! Sometimes I go to school and have lunch with my sweet little man Ashton, but today we went out for lunch! Yes, I was taken pic's while we were eating! He's so goofy! 

2012 Little Rocker's Marathon!

At last, this day has come!  Ashton has patiently been waiting for the L.R.M! Ok, maybe not so patiently!  He has been so excited about this moment, he has literally been counting down to the very last day! And today is that day! He started off  the race,  being energized and really pumped that he was finally here. Well, the clock was set and they announced to the seven yr. olds to get ready, set, and go! So off he went!  Scott and I hurried over to the finish line to make sure we could get a good pic of him crossing the line! Finally, here comes Ashton, as we were cheering him on, he has a giant smile on his exhausted looking face and crosses the finish line!  When we caught up to him, the first thing he said was "I'm never doing that again!"  Lol
