Where did the time go?

As you can tell by now, I love to take picture's! This one was taken by Abby . After she took this, I looked at it and something was terribly wrong! My little boy wasn't little anymore! He has grown into such a sweet, kind-hearted young man. I am very proud of him!

Ashton got a letter from church today! It was a thank you note. A week or so ago he went to the grocery store with the money he had saved and bought some food for the pantry. Then they will hand it out to people that need food. He was excited about getting mail especially from church! Precious!

Lunch Time!

Scott was FINALLY able to take off work a few days during the week of Thanksgiving! Today we surprised Ashton and went to eat lunch with him at school! He was excited, especially for dad showing up! 

Community Thanksgiving Dinner!

Our church had a community wide Thanksgiving dinner! We had a great time and really enjoyed meeting some new people. There was so much food, from turkey to pumpkin pie! It was amazing! The kid's also got to serve the food as well as eating it. Scott and I are very thankful to have a church that is dedicated to serving God! Here are some photo's of them!

Thankful Mama!

Over the past year and a half, our youngest son Ashton, has been saving all his money that he gets. He has been putting  it into a foodbag he made for people who don't have food. He finally saved enough money to buy food for our church's food pantry. This is something very special to me. As a mom, I want my children to grow up having a grateful heart and to help those in need. This was definitely a blessing for Scott and I, as well as a eye opener to how were supposed to help people. Please understand that I'm not bragging, I'm just proud of my 7 yr old!

Trip to the Museum!

This past weekend we went to the Clinton Library!  We enjoyed walking through and seeing all the different pieces of history!  Especially the Lego art!  Someone is very artistic!  Here are some pic's taken!
